Description
When an alarm is activated, it sends a signal to our alarm monitoring station. If the alarm is not cancelled, their operators notify the appropriate authorities (i.e., police, fire) of the emergency. In addition, they notify you or a responsible party that help is on the way. Security Monitoring includes:
- Monitoring and notification of fire, intrusion, manual fire, manual hold-up, and manual medical
- Security monitoring of batteries and sensors
- Automatic weekly test signals
- Service department remote programming and trouble shooting
- Annual inspections, testing, and battery replacement as needed-cost of batteries is not included
- Annual verification and updating of the contact list
